These Terms govern your use of the Guitar Quest app ("the app"), developed by Daniel Forino ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Guitar Quest for your own non-commercial, educational use on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
Some features (such as cross-device progress sync) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to reverse engineer it (except as permitted by law), interfering with its operation or our servers, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Musical melodies bundled in the app are from the public domain or are original arrangements. Chord charts use chord symbols only, which are not copyrightable. All app code, design, and original artwork are owned by us. You retain ownership of any content you create.
Guitar Quest is an educational tool. We do not guarantee any particular learning outcome or skill level. Your progress depends on your own practice.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or its online features if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
